Why we started it

AI made software faster. It did not make production simpler.

More people can now build useful apps without waiting on a full engineering team. That is good. The risky part is what happens after the prototype works: authentication, data boundaries, secrets, deployment, monitoring, backups, rate limits, and the operational habits that keep users safe.

VibeChex gives serious builders a direct review path before they charge money, store customer data, or invite real users into fragile systems. We are not here to shame vibe coding. We are here to make the work durable enough to support a business.

Barry has spent more than two decades building software and owning production systems businesses cannot afford to lose. His background spans AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, disaster recovery, and high-traffic operations.

He is Co-founder and CTO of Dancing Panda and has been the primary infrastructure owner for enterprise, multi-region AWS platforms at Rocket Mortgage, including Super Bowl traffic operations and compliance-critical systems.
